Sooji Ka Pav (Handavi)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sooji(rava)
  • 1 chopped Tomoto(small)
  • 1 chopped Capsicum(small)
  • 1 chopped onion(small)
  • 1 small spoon cumin
  • 1 small spoon mustered seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon baking powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • chopped green chilli as per taste
 Directions
  1. Mix chopped tomoto,capisum, onion,green chilli,salt & baking powder with sooji.
  2. add water to make a smooth batter.
  3. leave this batter for 5 mins.
  4. Now on flat Pan heat a tablespoons vegetable oil and spread cumin n mustered seeds on it.
  5. Wait for cumin n mutered seeds to splutter.
  6. Now spread the batter on the pan n cover it for 3 mins.
  7. Uncover it and turn it over.
  8. Keep it for 2 mins after covering again.
  9. Serve with chilli/tomoto ketch up.
  10. If you want Garnish with corriender leaves.

15 mins.
