Khas ki kheer

Time for preparation: 15 mins
Ingredients:
Poppy Seeds (khas khas)              50 grams
Almond
Sugar
Cashew
Milk half liter
Clarified butter (ghee)

Steps:
v  Soak poppy seeds, almond, cashew in water for whole night.
v  Grind the mixture in morning
v  Put 1 small spoon of clarified butter in a pan
v  Add grinded mixture in it
v  Add sugar as per taste
v  Add milk and boil contents for 15 mins
v  Make sure it doesn’t stick in pan so keep on staring every 3 mins.
Garnish with almond, cashew and serve hot.
