kale safed shatranj k mohre




Time for preparation: 20 mins
Ingredients:
Potato
Peas
Salt
Groundnut
Red Chilly powder
sesame seeds(Til)

Steps:
    v  Boil the potatoes
    v  Grind the groundnuts roast the mixture in 1 small spoon of oil.
    v   Fry the peas in one small spoon of oil and grind it separately.
    v   Let the potatoes cool and mash it completely.
    v   Now mix grinded peas,groundnut and mashed potatoes.
    v   Add chilly powder & salt to taste in the mixture.
    v   Now make cylindrical shaped pieces and wrap it with sesame seeds.
    v   Deep fry it and serve hot with tomato catch up.

Pyaz (Onion) ki Chutney


Time for preparation: 15 mins
Ingredients:
Onion
Cumin Seeds
Mustard seeds
Salt
Groundnut
Green chilly

Steps:
    v  Cut the onion in small pieces
    v  Take small spoon of oil in a pan , add Cumin Seeds Mustard seeds, green chilly and salt to taste
    v   Fry ground and onion until it becomes red
    v   Let the mixture cool and grind it in mixture

Quick bite Garlic bread at home


Time for preparation: 10 mins
Ingredients:
Wheat Bread
Garlic paste
Salted Butter
Cheesy dip


Steps:
   v  Fry garlic paste in salted butter for 2 minutes to mix well
   v  Spread this paste on bread and roast it
   v  Spread pizza seasoning on while roasting the bread
   v  Serve Hot with cheesy Dip

Italian Pasta Indian spices


Time for preparation: 30 mins
Ingredients:

Pasta
Capsicum - yellow and red
Baby corn
Cucumber -
Butter and eatable oil
Black pepper
Chilli flakes
Pizza seasoning
Salt
1 small cube of cheese


Steps:

   v Take one bowl of pasta
   v  Boil it after adding 1 small spoon of butter & oil
   v  Cut the vegetables in small pieces
   v  Fry the vegetables in 1 small spoon of oil until it is half cooked
   v  Now take a separate pan add 1 small spoon of butter and oil in that
   v  Add chilly flakes  ,black pepper & salt to taste and let it fry properly
   v  Now mix fried vegetables , pasta in it
   v  Add pizza seasoning and 1 small cube of grated cheese and mix properly
   v  Cover the pan for 2 min and let the aroma of pizza seasoning spread all over.
