Ingredients
- 1 cup sooji(rava)
- 1 chopped Tomoto(small)
- 1 chopped Capsicum(small)
- 1 chopped onion(small)
- 1 small spoon cumin
- 1 small spoon mustered seeds
- 1/4 tablespoon baking powder
- salt as per taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- chopped green chilli as per taste
Directions
- Mix chopped tomoto,capisum, onion,green chilli,salt & baking powder with sooji.
- add water to make a smooth batter.
- leave this batter for 5 mins.
- Now on flat Pan heat a tablespoons vegetable oil and spread cumin n mustered seeds on it.
- Wait for cumin n mutered seeds to splutter.
- Now spread the batter on the pan n cover it for 3 mins.
- Uncover it and turn it over.
- Keep it for 2 mins after covering again.
- Serve with chilli/tomoto ketch up.
- If you want Garnish with corriender leaves.
