kesar potato katori

Preparation Time: 25 mins

Ingredients:
Boiled Potato
Paneer
Grinded Groundnut
green chilly
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
Sugar
red chilly powder


Steps:

  • Boil the potato 
  • Mix Chilly and salt with potato
  • Mix sugar , salt and little red chilly powder with paneer and mash it properly
  • make small bolls of paneer mix
  • put paneer bolls inside potato bolls.
  • Now wrap theses bolls with ground nut 
  • and fry it in the oil
  • Garnish with saffron and coriander
