X-max Cake Indian Make Let's call it Green Pancake

Preparation Time: 20 Mins

Ingredients:
Cooked Rice(2 Bowl)
Gram Flour (Besan - 4 small spoon)
coriander
Spring Onion(2 to 3)
Tomato puree 2 small spoon
Green Chilly(according to taste)
Grated Paneer to sprinkle(50 Gm)
Baking Soda(1 pinch)
Lemon(1/4)
eatable green colour(1 pinch)
Salt(according to taste)
Oil


Steps:

Mix all the ingredients and grind it in mixer for 3-4 mins so that it becomes as smooth batter.
sprinkle 1/2 small spoon of oil on non stick pan
spread 1 spoon of mixture on it
sprinkle grated paneer on top of it.
let it cook for 3-4 mins and turn it to cook other side.
leave it for 3-4 mins again.
Serve it with choice of sauce.

Spinach and baby corn pasta

Spinach and baby corn pasta:
Preparation Time: 15 Mins

Ingredient:
Choice of pasta
Baby corn
Spinach
Black Pepper
Butter
Cheese cubes
Pizza seasoning


Steps:

  • Take One bowl of pasta
  • Boil it after adding 1 small spoon of butter & oil
  • Cut the vegetables in small pieces
  • Fry the Vegetables in 1 small spoon of oil until it is half cooked.
  • Now take a separate PAN and mix these veggies with the boiled pasta
  • Mix chilly flakes, pasta seasoning and 1 cube of cheese in it.
  • Cover it for 5 mins and serve hot

Tawa Pizza


Tawa Bread cheeze Pizza:
Time for preparation: 10 mins
Ingredients:
Bread
Pizza sauce
Chilli flakes
Grated Cheese cubes
Butter
pizza seasoning


Steps:
        Spread 1 cube of grated cheese on the bread.
        Spread pizza sauce on top of it.
        Spread butter on pan n put the bread on it
        Let it roast it for 2 mins
        sprinkle chilli flakes and pizza seasoning on it serve hot with choice of toppings.

Khas ki kheer


1.   
Time for preparation: 15 mins
Ingredients:
Poppy Seeds (khas khas)              50 grams
Almond
Sugar
Cashew
Milk half liter
Clarified butter (ghee)

Steps:
v  Soak poppy seeds, almond, cashew in water for whole night.
v  Grind the mixture in morning
v  Put 1 small spoon of clarified butter in a pan
v  Add grinded mixture in it
v  Add sugar as per taste
v  Add milk and boil contents for 15 mins
v  Make sure it doesn’t stick in pan so keep on staring every 3 mins.
Garnish with almond, cashew and serve hot.

kale safed shatranj k mohre




Time for preparation: 20 mins
Ingredients:
Potato
Peas
Salt
Groundnut
Red Chilly powder
sesame seeds(Til)

Steps:
    v  Boil the potatoes
    v  Grind the groundnuts roast the mixture in 1 small spoon of oil.
    v   Fry the peas in one small spoon of oil and grind it separately.
    v   Let the potatoes cool and mash it completely.
    v   Now mix grinded peas,groundnut and mashed potatoes.
    v   Add chilly powder & salt to taste in the mixture.
    v   Now make cylindrical shaped pieces and wrap it with sesame seeds.
    v   Deep fry it and serve hot with tomato catch up.

Pyaz (Onion) ki Chutney


Time for preparation: 15 mins
Ingredients:
Onion
Cumin Seeds
Mustard seeds
Salt
Groundnut
Green chilly

Steps:
    v  Cut the onion in small pieces
    v  Take small spoon of oil in a pan , add Cumin Seeds Mustard seeds, green chilly and salt to taste
    v   Fry ground and onion until it becomes red
    v   Let the mixture cool and grind it in mixture

Wheat Bread
Garlic paste
Salted Butter
Cheesy dip


Steps:
   v  Fry garlic paste in salted butter for 2 minutes to mix well
   v  Spread this paste on bread and roast it
   v  Spread pizza seasoning on while roasting the bread
   v  Serve Hot with cheesy Dip

   v  Now mix fried vegetables , pasta in it
   v  Add pizza seasoning and 1 small cube of grated cheese and mix properly
   v  Cover the pan for 2 min and let the aroma of pizza seasoning spread all over.

Sooji Ka Pav (Handavi)

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sooji(rava)
  • 1 chopped Tomoto(small)
  • 1 chopped Capsicum(small)
  • 1 chopped onion(small)
  • 1 small spoon cumin
  • 1 small spoon mustered seeds
  • 1/4 tablespoon baking powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • chopped green chilli as per taste
 Directions
  1. Mix chopped tomoto,capisum, onion,green chilli,salt & baking powder with sooji.
  2. add water to make a smooth batter.
  3. leave this batter for 5 mins.
  4. Now on flat Pan heat a tablespoons vegetable oil and spread cumin n mustered seeds on it.
  5. Wait for cumin n mutered seeds to splutter.
  6. Now spread the batter on the pan n cover it for 3 mins.
  7. Uncover it and turn it over.
  8. Keep it for 2 mins after covering again.
  9. Serve with chilli/tomoto ketch up.
  10. If you want Garnish with corriender leaves.
